Reliability Data

The product reliability report is based on stresses performed over the last calendar year as part of Fairchild???s reliability monitor program.  All stresses are performed on production material sampled at the end of the manufacturing and test process.  The reliability monitor program is intended to accelerate potential failure mechanisms to ensure the reliability of current material shipped to customers.

Data is provided by  Analog, Discrete, Interface & Logic, Memory, and Optoelectronics product groups.

Parts on stress are preconditioned per JEDEC JESD22-A113 unless otherwise noted.
